Apartment Description
The apartment is well situated for both beach and sight seeing holidays alike. It is located on the Costa Esuri golf resort adjacent to the Golf clubhouse which has a lovely restaurant and terrace looking out over to Portugal with views of the beautiful golf course in the foreground. A brand new bar and restaurant called Jags has just opened some 500 yards away from the complex providing much needed variety and excellent quality.
Many bars, restaurants,shops and entertainment venues are also available in Ayamonte some five minutes away by car.
The apartment sits in its own private complex with private parking, large swimming pool and gym facilities. A childrens play area and gated access mean it is a great place for children and the apartment itself with state of the art fixtures and fittings/air conditioning is also a great place to spend a holiday.

The Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) in Huelva Province runs from the Guadiana river that separates Portugal from Spain to the Guadalquivir river in the east. Despite not being as scenically dramatic as its neighbour in Cadiz Province, this part of the Atlantic coastline boasts long, unspoilt sandy beaches backed by pine woods and sand dunes and many protected coastal reserves. Although exposed, the beaches are not as windswept as the Cadiz section of the coast. The shoreline is punctuated by small fishing ports and modern resorts popular with mainly Spanish visitors. The Guadiana River is the border between Spain and Portugal. On its mouth you will find the charming town of Ayamonte with its attractive fishing port. It is a town with approximately 18.600 inhabitants but during the summer months the town comes to life with the numerous tourists from around the world who are visiting this area. The nearest larger city – Huelva – which is also the capital of the province is only a short way from Ayamante and can be accessed easily by car or train. . Ayamonte offers everything for you to fully enjoy your stay: an interesting culture, a long history with places to visit, wonderful beaches to sunbathe or practise sports, a busy commercial centre with restaurants and bars, several golf courses as well as hotels of all types and categories. There is an old medieval centre in the town with historical buildings, narrow roads and a typical unspoilt Spanish atmosphere. There are no cars in the central area which makes a stroll here very pleasant. Outdoor fans and nature lovers will enjoy a stay in Ayamonte. In addition to the beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, there are also other beautiful spots nearby. The River Guadiana for example on which you will find Sanlúcar is wonderful for walking. Isla Canela is not only the name of one of the beaches but also the area in which magnificent swamps can be found. It is an ideal place to go bird watching as a wide range of different species can be seen. The apartment is situated in the Sea and Sun development which in turn is sat within the Costa Esuri resort.. Access to the resort is gained via a roadway sat above a nature reserve which borders the Guadania River.

The river forms the border between Spain and Portugal and as such both countries are on the doorstep and available to explore. The motorway system runs straight from Portugal into Spain unhindered and the motorway runs right next to the entrance to Costa Esuri. Road links are complemented by good bus and ferry links to neighbouring resorts and into Portugal. Situated on the Coast of Light our apartment offers a different kind of Spanish holiday experience where English is a unfamiliar language and where signs for 'Full English Breakfast' and 'The Red Lion' have yet to be seen. £100 non refundable deposit per week required at time of booking. Remainder due 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Extra guests to a maximum of six are charged at £25 per week per guest. All cleaning towels and bed linen costs are included in these prices but a RETURNABLE deposit is payable to the onsite letting agent at time of key collection. Returnable in full subject to apartment inspection at conclusion of your holiday.
