It is the ideal base for a beach holiday or a holiday based around the two wonderful pools situated within the Royal Palm complex. The complex benefits from its own bar and Mexican restaurant and is right next to other bars and restaurants that have given our customers many wonderful evenings. The complex is also close to several supermarkets, a new shopping centre and all the facilities you would expect in a resort geared up for the independent traveller. Car hire, excursion booking and money exchange are all close as is everything else but none of it impacts on the serenity of Royal Palm or the peace of its residents. No package tour companies here, just privately owned properties whose owners have a vested interest in who comes to stay. The property has full cooking facilities as well as satellite television and DVD player. Royal Palm and our apartment offer a home from home to holidaymakers and this is all backed up with full Tourist Board registration and an onsite agent who will ensure that any emerging issues are dealt with swiftly for you on our behalf.
You can walk along the newly reformed promenade right from the start of Los Cristianos for several miles without having to encounter any vehicular traffic.
If you want to do more than just stroll along the front there are a host of attractions and activities on offer nearby or just a short bus ride away. For example Loro Park, Jungle Park, three golf courses within 15 minutes of the apartment,the island of Gomera, the new Siam Waterpark and water sports plus much more.
How To Get There
I recommend the use of Flightline.co.uk which gives a wealth of choice in terms of flights, flight times and most importantly price. Jet2.com seem to consistently offer good value flights from Manchester and Leeds/ Bradford depending on the time of year you intend to travel. Remember the destination airport is Tenerife South (TFS) Taxis from Tenerife South Airport to the apartment come in at approximately 20 euros per single journey Facilities

The apartment is fully equipped for self catering and has such has all the basics and extra touches to make your stay that little bit more comfortable. Iron, ironing board,hairdryer,travel cot, pushchairs and the list goes on. The apartment is serviced by the on site letting agent and is cleaned to a high standard. Clean bedlinen and towels are provided for our customers as is a complimentary welcome pack to get you started once you arrive.

Royal Palm is built in the style of a typical terraced Andalusian village. It is heavily planted with fantastic tropical trees and shrubs which are tended expertly by a permanent gardening staff. The complex is well kept and its good looks are jealously guarded by staff and property owners alike. There are two pool areas, one is made up of a large pool and a small children's pool and the other has one large pool that is heated from October until the end of April. There are free sunbeds and parasols, outside toilets and showers. Life guard on duty at all times.
Facilities onsite include a laundry, internet room, safety deposit boxes for rent at the Owners Association Office and night security staff patrolling throughout the evening and night to provide reassurance to guests staying at Royal Palm

Conditions
We try to make sure our guests can stay in the apartment all day on their day of departure however sometimes when incoming guests arrive on the same day the outgoing guest should vacate the room by 1030 am.
The letting agent can arrange the use of another studio in such circumstances for 20 euros - paid locally to the letting agent at Oasis Management at Royal Palm. We will make sure you have a pleasant stay at Royal Palm and any issue you have will be dealt with swiftly upon it being brought to our attention.
